Who We Are
CMCC, LLC is owned by Phil Chamberlain and Jon McCreery who joined forces to form their successful partnership over 35 years ago. Hard work, integrity, and a commitment to excellence have been the guiding principles that have earned Chamberlain & McCreery the reputation as a leader in the general contracting industry. Phil and Jon have also been very involved with building industry trade organizations and their communities through volunteering their time to serve as leaders of governmental, civic, and industry related organizations.
Capital Improvements Division
Chamberlain & McCreery have also specialized in commercial construction for over 21 years. Their commercial department includes tenant finish, banks, medical, dental, shopping center, office buildings, concrete tilt up industrial work and “will build to suit”, as well as merchant general contracting services.
Multi-family Construction Division
In 2014, Chamberlain & McCreery launched their multi family construction division, and it has evolved into a 3rd major division of the company. In the past 9 years this division has performed substantial construction in multi family developments in the states of Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Alabama.
