Who We Are
Chamberlain & McCreery, LLC is owned by Phil Chamberlain and Jon McCreery, who joined forces over 35 years ago to form a partnership built on hard work, integrity, and excellence. Those values continue to guide the company today and have earned CMCC a strong reputation within the general contracting industry.
Phil and Jon have also remained deeply involved in the construction industry and their communities, volunteering their time and serving in leadership roles across civic, governmental, and industry organizations.

Since 1981, CMCC has built and remodeled homes with a focus on quality, collaboration, and craftsmanship. Today, our residential work centers on custom remodeling and select new home construction.
Multi-Family
Launched in 2014, our Multi-Family division focuses on occupied renovations and long-term community improvements. With more than 12,000 units rehabbed, CMCC is trusted by owners and property managers across the Southeast.
