Project Overview
These 3 stories - 80-unit senior resident apartment project was originally built in 1975 with a mansard roof style. The mansard roof was completely removed and Hardi siding and trim used to give this development a completely updated and very modern appearance. All exterior parking and walkways were removed and reinstalled with concrete in accordance with ADA specifications. A new fire suppression sprinkler system was added to this building and all apartments were completely rehabbed.
