Project Overview
Complete remodel of all 56 units 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. Four regular units were converted to UFAS accessible. Complete remodel of office bldg. with a 1,000 sq. ft. addition. New asphalt overlay, Hardi siding, mail kiosk, all exterior of apartment buildings were painted, and new colonial-style columns in front of every building were added.
