Project Overview
Complete remodel of all 68 units 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. Complete remodel of the office building, new mail kiosk, new asphalt, and landscaping. The site was converted to conform with ADA requirements. Interiors were remodeled, including replacement of flooring, cabinets, tubs, tile, and repainted while the tenants still occupied the units.
